2025 Pinot Noir

A blend of two vineyards from The Derwent Valley and Tamar Valley. 10% wholebunch, wild ferments, gentle plunging then pressed to french oak after 11 days. Left on full lees for softness and texture until bottling in November. 15% new french oak, filtered but unfined.
