A blend of two vineyards, one in the Coal River Valley and one in the Derwent Valley, both planted to 95 clone.

Whole bunch pressed direct to french oak, wild barrel ferment with 10% new oak and 90% older french oak. (2nd fill, 3rd fill, 4th fill etc)

40% Malo provides texture, creaminess, complexity and length.
